Banking license

to provide banking services specified in Article 47 part III of the Law of Ukraine on Banks and Banking:

  • attracting deposits of funds and precious metals from an unlimited range of individuals and bodies corporate;
  • opening and maintaining the customers’ current (correspondent) accounts, including accounts in precious metals;
  • investing deposited funds and precious metals on its own behalf and at its own risk, including their placement into current accounts.

General license to conduct foreign currency transactions:

to conduct the following foreign currency transactions:

  • non-trading transactions with currency valuables;
  • transactions with foreign currency in cash and checks (purchase, sale, exchange, acceptance for collection) conducted at bank tills and currency exchange offices;
  • transactions with foreign currency in cash (purchase, sale, exchange) conducted at currency exchange offices operating under agency agreements signed by banks with resident entities;
  • maintaining foreign currency accounts of customers (both resident and non-resident) and non-resident customer accounts in Ukrainian currency;
  • maintaining foreign currency correspondent accounts of banks (both resident and non-resident);
  • maintaining correspondent accounts of banks (non-resident) in Ukrainian currency;
  • opening foreign currency correspondent accounts with designated Ukrainian banks and conducting transactions thereon;
  • opening foreign currency correspondent accounts with banks (non-resident) and conducting transactions thereon;
  • attracting and placing foreign currency in the Ukrainian foreign exchange market;
  • attracting and placing foreign currency in international markets;
  • foreign exchange trading in the Ukrainian foreign exchange market [exclusive of transactions with foreign currency in cash and checks (purchase, sale, exchange), conducted at tills and currency exchange offices of banks and agents];
  • foreign exchange trading in international markets;
  • attracting and placing precious metals in the Ukrainian foreign exchange market;
  • trading in precious metals in the Ukrainian foreign exchange market;
  • foreign currency transactions in international markets classified as financial services according to Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine on Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Service Markets and not specified in section 2 paragraphs 2 to 17 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing General Licenses to Conduct Foreign Currency Transactions to Banks and Foreign Bank Branches, approved by resolution No. 281 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated August 15, 2011.
